The Food Critic: Catatouille

The food industry is hard game to get into, get out of, and get into.  It is even harder if you are aspiring to be a critic of the industry.  Times have never been harder for a new food critic to make a name for himself, especially if he is a cat.  Oh yeah, I forgot to mention I am a cat, and I am a food critic.  My name is Archibald Bigglesworth and this is my story.
Now you might be wondering, how did a cat become a food critic?  I'll tell you, it wasn't easy.  It all started when I saw the movie Ratatouille.  It not only inspired me to work in food, but I thought if some stupid rat could do it then I definitely could.  My family was wealthy, my father being the cat of Dr. Evil, and had money to send me to culinary school.  Ever since Chip Nuts got into college, other colleges followed suit mostly for publicity.  I was highest in my class and most of my professors told me I was the best they had ever seen.  After I graduated I tried to start my own restaurant, and it was successful for a while but then the money stopped coming in.  I eventually sold, I tried to get into the critic game.  My strategy, was to be the harshest critic out there, and make all the restaurants earn my good review.  It worked well, even better than I hoped.  Within three years I was the top food critic in all of Europe, and it was great.  Everything changed though, when I decided to critique the infamous Rico Sanchez's restaurant the "Spotted Neck".  That is where I leave you, till next time...
